This is no Joke and I will be Enforcing this since Company's decided to steal and Make a profit off of my sweat and work to get the Amber Alert™ and all the time and hard work it took! The National Center For Missing and Exploited Children, Had Nothing to do with the Amber Alert™ or its release what so ever when ask Ernie Allen in 1996 about coming in on the Amber Alert™ when he was in Arlington Texas for a Press release on the Amber Hageman Child Protection act! He was more interested in getting a Center in Dallas Texas. They do not have Permission to use the name Amber Alert™ nor endorse or give permission for the name use or products including Amber Alert portals using what I released and program Development.

Identity Theft of the Name Amber

™and Use I Co-Created and I released at a Media Symposium at the
Arlington Texas Convention Center as well as Trade Marked in 1996.
D.
Name Association for there
Company’s in the use of Advertising.
E. Amber Alert™ ID Card/Kit used in commerce since1996

RELIEF:
A.
$90,000,000.00 in Damages for Trade Mark Infringement of name Amber Alert
™ through Commerce and Advertising association.
B.
Removal of name Amber Alert from all of its Business and Commerce
Practices and Name association.
C. Remove Amber Alert Name from web sites and services to do with child protection and Abducted Child recovery.
